Terms and conditions

Group size

We rent to groups of 8 people or more. You rent one kickbike per person, so the minimum is 8 kickbikes.

Delivery and collection

Included within 15 km of Utrecht. The pick-up location can be different from the delivery location, as long as it is also within 15 km.

Book in time

Send your request at least 13 days before the rental date. Unfortunately, later is not possible.

When

On weekdays, at weekends and in the evening.

How it works

You send a request. We then send you the confirmation and the invoice as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days. Payment is in advance and by invoice only; online payment is not possible. Once we have received the payment, your booking is fixed.

Cancelling and changes

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the rental date. If you cancel within 24 hours, you pay the full amount. You can also change the number of people up to 24 hours in advance.

Bad weather

In case of thunderstorms or an official weather warning (code orange or red), we move your rental to another date in consultation, at no extra cost.

Use and damage

Use is at your own risk. Normal wear and tear is on us. Damage caused by careless use, or a kickbike that goes missing, will be charged. With the evening rental, lock the kickbikes at every stop.
