This is an English translation of our Dutch privacy statement. In case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.
Who we are
Stepverhuur Utrecht, a trade name of Traxeo, based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 63330393. You can reach us at info@stepverhuurutrecht.nl.
Which data we process
When you fill in the request form, we receive:
- your name and, if applicable, the name of your organisation;
- your email address and phone number;
- the rental date, the time slot, the number of people and the delivery and pick-up location;
- whatever you add to the comments yourself.
What we use it for
- to answer your request and send the invoice;
- to plan the delivery and collection;
- to contact you if something changes, for example because of the weather.
The legal basis is the performance of the rental agreement (or the steps leading up to it). We do not send newsletters and we do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Data that appears on an invoice is kept for 7 years, because Dutch law requires it. If a request does not lead to a rental, we delete the data within one year.
Who else has access
We use a few services that process data on our behalf: our website host (Vercel), our email provider (Hostnet) and our accounting software for the invoice. Agreements have been made with these parties about protecting your data.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics services. After you submit the form, your request is temporarily stored in your own browser so that we can show the summary. It is deleted as soon as you close the tab.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its use. Email info@stepverhuurutrecht.nl to do so. Not satisfied with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
